I placed an order online for 5 dresses on 11/08. I didn't receive a confirmation email of my purchase. I didn't receive any communication regarding delivery. I then received my parcel on 16/08 however one of the items was missing. There was a score through it on the delivery note with no additional information.
I contacted the customer services department and spoke to a very abrupt woman with a French accent. She informed me that the item was now out of stock and the amount had been refunded onto my card. She also told me this information had been sent to me in an email. I explained I hadn't received any emails from Seraphine but she didn't respond to this.
I also informed her that the item concerned was still showing as available on their website as I had just checked before I made the call. She asked for my telephone number and said she'd check and call me back. I knew she wouldn't as her whole manner was one of complete disinterest. As soon as I came off the phone I placed an order for the dress again and it arrived with no problem a few days later.
Funnily enough I am still waiting for the woman with the French accent to call me back! Very, very poor and my experience has completely put me off ordering from Seraphine again.
