Have used Expedia literally hundreds of times occasionally with problems - largely of my own doing. They have always managed to sort the problems usually at no cost to me. The only reason not to use them is they don't have availability for hotels or flights I want.
Made a business class reservation to Latin America. Return flight times changed but no notification from Opodo. Also problem with check in- Fliight operated by Iberia but had a LAN ticket. Neither airline wanted to check me in!!! Emailed Opodo but no response. Awful organisation. Will never use them again. Expedia are a dream by comparison.. At least they look after their customers....
