Easy-to-use
I've been using Just-Eat for several months when I want a take-away but don't want to get in the car.

Staff don't listen. "Price Match" ha!
I rang Printerland to order replacement consumables for a Brother MFC-9420CN machine. I was told I should buy another machine, but since this one was still working I wanted to keep it running. I hate throwing away a perfectly good piece of hardware for it to end up in a landfill.
Anyway, when we got onto the price, I was shocked at just how expensive they were compared to other online stores. I was told that their prices are higher than most but they give their customers special discount codes to bring them back inline. Urm???
Well, when I told them how much I could get them for elsewhere and gave them a link to their competitor, they told me they couldn't match the price. When I pointed out that there is a price match guarantee on their website the chap stuttered, asked me on hold, came back and then said he couldn't do the price because there was no stock.
I gave up at that point.
