We have used our local travel house a few times to book holidays. Great staff and if you want to fly from Bristol or cardiff you get free transport to the airport! Cant fault their service at all!

Have travelled with Inghams twice to Lapland! The both holidays were stuff dreams are made of! Prices sooooooo cheap compared to the "santa trips" we spent the same for a log cabin in the woods for 7 nights! excellent service from booking to the coming home! Have flown with easyjet just the once but check in was smooth and so was the flight! Maybe a budget airline but wow! what great service!

Have travelled with TC before and had a fantastic time! Booked a holiday via Thomas cook.com this year but sadly had to cancel due to the time changes with the flight, but full deposit refund given! Only criticism I have is when you phone the customer services dept, always expect to be on hold in a que for atleast 15mins! Would deffo book with this company again!
