We thought that we had ordered a beautiful birthday present for one of our staff and at the checkout when offered the up-sell of the vase decided to pay the extra. However on receiving the flowers and the vase there was no possible way that even half of the flowers would of fitted in the vase. What is the point of selling a vase as an up-sell to another product if they are completely incompatible?
Very embarrassing for all concerned.
