Dear Argos, your delivery and removal service is really poor. On finding my washing machine still had a hose conected your delivery team told us they cant disconect it and take it away. They did say if we disconected it then they would come back to collect. This proved to be a complete lie. we were told we would get a phone call within an our of them leaving. This didnt happen and we were left to do all the chasing. When we spoke to customer services they just gave us the collection charge back and said they couldnt help. #Argos_not_what_they_used_to_be
