I have been very disappointed with the way Argos are treating me.
I ordered a bunkbed for my kids, my kids were really excited about it. However when the bed came after two weeks of ordering we discovered the picture on the website did not match what we had been delivered. I specifically chose this frame because of the ladder it shows proper steps for a child to climb but the one I recevied did not have the steps.I contacted customer services it took them ages to understand what i was talking about, then i was told that they had sent out the wrong model, I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to collect & deliver the right one. However again i was delivered the same bedframe but this time i insisted they wait fir me to check the frame and take it back if it was'nt the one i ordered. they agreed to take the frame back but not the mattresses but assured me that again an error had been made and the wrong model was delivered so i agreed again to wait for the right frame. but later that afternoon i get a call from Argos customer service that the model online that they have the picture for does not exist now i have to take more time off from work so they can come take the mattresses back for a refund. so a week later on 26/7/13 they take the mattresses. Todays is 22/8/13 i am still waiting for a refund each time i have rang them since returning the mattresses i have been told my refund has been processed i should get it in 5days time. They even told me to contact my bank if I don't get the refund, which I did and they told me they had not received anything so I ring Argos again n they tell me sorry but for some reason it was not processed and should now receive it in next 5days. I am still waiting for my refund!!
Made a complaint to Argos but they have done nothing to resolve it other than say they have got my email and are looking I to it.
