I am a Senior who suffers from fibromyalgia. Explained my sleeping problems to Simon who recommended the Myers Talalay Mattress as I had a Myers Base. As I had heat problems with my previous memory foam mattress I was hesitant and ordered the Myers Luxury Charm, unfortunately I should have listened to Simon as I missed the comforting layer on top of the springs. Simon had no hesitation in exchanging the mattress for me, I did have to pay for freight as I had free delivery the first time around but this was fair as it was my fault in making a wrong decision. I am now the happy owner of the Myers Talalay Mattress and fully recommend mynextmattress for their friendly and considerate service.
