I ordered a bathing suit for my upcoming holiday, three weeks in advance. I did not receive it until after my holiday, one month later. It did not fit regardless, so I returned it less than 24 hours after receiving it in the mail. Instead of getting a credit card refund, they just gave me store credit. I emailed them and did get a "form" response quickly, stating that it was received after their 34 day return policy, therefore I got store credit. Even though I did not get it for a full month. They did not respond to my email back to them. I have been a regular customer for 8 years, but will no longer shop with them, nor will I recommend them.
