I spend one hundred pounds and more each month with boohoo. On my last order I paid next day delivery to ensure I had the items on time but in was unable to track my order online I emailed boohoo asking them to track it for me, few hours later I had a reply saying that an error occurred so they never recieved it. They asked me if I would like it sent out that day on a complementary next day delivery. I emailed straight back saying yes I would but also that I had already paid for that postage and asked if I would get this back. I had no reply after that until the day I needed the items, I was told that they had missed the cut of time and the soonest I could have what I paid for was 2 days later when I didn't need them. I asked for a full refund and an explanation, I got back an automated response blaming me for not using Facebook or Twitter to contact them :S safe to say I will never use them again
