Not only my seat could bearly be pull down (last row seat) but my table was broken so that i couldn't put my tray upon it to have my meals - and in the meanwhile I have to attend my 5 years old boy and try not to bother the other passanger seated on our row...the solution: well, the lovely crew (including the crew chief) assured me they will report the problem to maintenance, when we LAND. And what bout me and my meals...sorry, there is nothing they could do about that. Almost 12 hours flight in this situation and paying for! On top of this, Emma, the crew member that looks that a scaried duck - really fricked me out, provided us, passangers with a lousy job, througing glasses on the floor - and leaving them there so that the aisle (and pretty much our 'area' at the plane) looked like a huge trash bin - i felt sorry for the next passengers and or maintanence crew but she really didn't seem to care less.
I sent a hamper to my mom's hotel as a welcome gift for her 1st time in Scotland. The products were delicious, the order itsself was very easy to do and it arrived in perfect conditions and on time but, as it was a gift, I wished it could be better presented, i.e: the card should be placed on the top, easy for the person to find the message right away and print advertising from partners shouldn't be included in the box...small things that make all the difference....
