On 5 separate occasions I ordered items on line from their website which stated all the items were in stock. Received emails later in the week stating none of the items were in stock. I rang one store to complain about a particular order and the girl chased up the top for me from another store and had it transferred to my local branch. She promised to ring me to let me know it had arrived. Never got a call. Rang again and no one knew anything about it. When I emailed to complain I got a generic email back admitting their system is rubbish and not offering to do anything about it. Please do not shop with this company-they do not deserve your money.
Bought 2 items from Nature Shop and one of the items wasn't in stock.
Bought 2 items from 'Go Outdoors' and both items were not in stock.
Nature Shop apologised quickly and tried to make amends by offering me a more expensive similar item. In every email they apologised for their original error and tried to put things right. 'Go Outdoors' sent me a general email blaming everyone but themselves. Thank you Nature Shop for caring about your customers-much appreciated!
