I ordered three wooden blinds, they arrived late and were the wrong size.
What the website doesn't tell you, contrary to common-sense is that they include the blind head unit in the "drop" size of the blind!
Company refuses to admit their mistake and provide a replacement, and was extremely unfriendly and obstructive in customer service.
Now I am left with three useless blinds and almost £300 out of pocket. Considering legal action.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are a cowboy operator!
