I will start by saying everything go wrong with them from the beginning.
The driver had to arrive on 20.08.13,my partner wait for him al day,no one arrived,then i had to contact the assistance and the collection was reschedule.The driver arrived with an Volkswagen 4.
Then the parcel arrived to me next day TOTALY DAMAGE - TV LCD Samsung 40" I suppose the parcel was slammed ,in the corner is broken and the LCD get damage ,so the view is cracked.
My partner payed insurance for the TV-so we can be safe-the amount we issued was for 450 pounds.
I did upload all the photos to and the receipt poof on the website , and the amount they want to give me back is 80 pounds. How can i buy a new tv or repair an LCD 40" tv with this amount of money?!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
I will contact the lawyer for sure if i dont' get an working tv!
Update 24.08.13 -2nd parcel didn't arrive. And for my fist issue they send us from a department to another and contact us only via email.I will post one replay from the executive complain department:

I am waiting until tuesday and then i proceed with my complain to the legal way and also contact the BBC.
PEOPLE BE AWARE!!! i was searching info regarding this company and 99% very low reviews ,they had been also at WatchDog.They changed the name of the company many times.
