Sell faulty goods and bad customer service

I ordered a Gemini JoyTab from which developed a fault within a fortnight after only 3-4 uses. They have refused me a refund despite admitting the tablet had three separate faults.

No customer service skills whatsoever when you phone.

I would advise anyone to stay well away from this company. It's not worth the hassle. Go to a more reputable retailer even if it costs a little more.
