I went through the process of 'buying' an iPad mount on the web site and going through the check out process (which takes a while). I wanted it for the weekend so bought it in good time.
It was a day or so later that I was informed the product was not in stock and I would have to wait seven days before it would be back in stock!
I obviously cancelled my order and bought it from another store.
But due to the delay in telling me it was out of stock I was not able to purchase another in time for my flight.
Why I was not told the product was out of stock during my purchase process I will never know. Very frustrating.
