I have been using Hermes due their price, I have never known such a awful courier company and I have tried many. If my usual pick up courier is away on holiday no one will turn up, once it took over a week before my parcels were picked up,they just don't bother. Items I have sent to customers arrived broken, one arrived so bad you can see it had been kicked around,placing fragile stickers makes no difference. They never reply to emails, their on line live chat doesn't work so u have to phone them costing premium rates. I have a claim now which is still yet to be paid and its been over three months !! If you want to send something which won't break, you don't mind it getting lost, don't need to make a claim, are in every day for weeks on end and can afford the cost of calling them then use them as they are cheap, but there is a reason why they are.. !!
