Credit card catch

It should be made MUCH clearer the charge relating to the use of the credit card had it been so I would have used a different means of payment

Thanks for taking the time to post your review.

I've personally just checked our website and within the FAQ sections across each of our services we try to make it clear that credit card payments have an additional 1.6% charge.

Specifically on this page for example:

question - What payment methods can I use online?

"Credit card payments incur a processing fee of 1.6%. Please note this is factored into the rate you are offered and not charged separately."

We also try to make it really clear during the transaction process at the point that you choose to pay by credit card and try to also clearly show you the additional fee for using a credit card.

I've passed your comments on to both the marketing and IT teams and asked them to read your comments with a view to further improving how we can improve transparency of fees.
