Order placed over a week before we were due to pick up our pet. An email was received a few days later to say one item was delayed due to an issue with suppliers but was expected in a couple of days. The day before picking up our pet, nothing had been received so we called the helpline. It transpires that a different item was not in stock, the order had not been split though it could have been and the soonest we could receive part if our order was 5 days later. Granted, it was over a bank holiday weekend but no attempt to assist us now that we had been left in a difficult position
