I placed an order for the extra large eco cabin (advertised with accompanying free "designed for the cabin" insulated door). Delivery was extremely quick (2 days), but unfortunately there was no door. Since it was the "cabin + door" combo that had driven my purchase this was an important omission.
The Kennel Store team acknowledged the error and provided alternative options, although were unable to offer to supply the missing door as had none in stock and did not appear to know how to source re-supply. After 1-month of emails we ultimately reached a satisfactory conclusion to the matter; however, it did necessitate my own research to source the door privately.
Overall, Kennel Store dealt with the matter professionally & with (I believe) good intent; although did require a nudge on more than one occasion to respond &/or provide an update on the situation.
