Overall a simple and painless buying experience!

The web site is clear. unambiguos. well 'signposted' and easy to navigate and use. Moreover. the range of offerings is excellent and the prices highly competitive - I doubt any propspective customer would fail to find something of interest. especially if they have a clear view/idea of what they're after. Finally. the delivery system/process was very good indeed. Living alone I was not in at the time of delivery but the agent (Citylink I think!) exercised some initiative and common sense and arranged drop off with a neighbour. All that remains is for me to watch for emerging zoom lens deals..! Regards Paul
