Rang Friday 23rd August to place order for iPhone 5. Was put through to Harry , who told me they was in stock & that I will get my phone Saturday 24 th August ( next day.. Haha what a laugh.... ) He also said I will get an email.. Mmmm , no email. So I rang them Saturday afternoon , was put through to a girl, can't remember name.. She asked me for my order number, I told her that I wasn't given one by Harry .. Tut Tut... !!! Like I wasn't also sent an email like he said I would get... She told me that my order was still being processed, & that it would take 48hrs..!! So much to the hype on there site for next day delivery.. & Harry telling me this rubbish too...!!! She also said that she had sent me an email & to check for it.. Well yet again no email from them.. & just in case they try to say there must be something wrong at my end by not recieving it, I can assure them there isn't as I have received dozens today from all other senders..!! I think the management of buymobilephones need to pull there staff into line, so there business is run more reliable & efficiently ..because bad customer service & reviews , are really bad for business , especially with soooo many phone shops like yrs that are so eager to have people's custom., people have got the pick of the crop.. & they will just go else where.. Bad news on service travels fast...!!!! My order number is : 3330673. This is what the girl gave me... Thanks Harry for not giving it me... !!!! Totally appalling service...!
