At the time of ordering I was asked if I wanted to make any request about the delivery. I asked to be notified of am or pm of their chosen day. This was not done by Car Mats or their distributor, Yodel. On calling Yodel their staff did try to contact the driver but with no success. I waited in all day until 1615 hours when the mats were delivered. Car Mats and Yodel must realise that we've all got commitments (business in my case) and I don't think the half day confirmation request was unreasonable. Product OK
