I was looking to purchase a tablet so had a look in store. As soon as I entered I was pounced on asking if I needed help. Whilst I was looking at the tablets I was asked 4 times by different staff if I needed any help. But here comes the twist, when I had made my mind up I could not find a sales assistant to actualy make my purchase, after wondering around like a lost sheep for about 10 minutes I decided to leave the store. I actualy made my purchase at Argos just 20 yards next door and also purchased a case for my tablet £20 cheaper than they where advertising in Currys.
A joke of a company.
Dear Theo , I just wanted to say that my parcel has now arrived and how pleased I am with the service from yourselves. The transaction was easy , quick and hassle free not to mention the free gifts also received.
My current employment is within customer service at senior management level and all to often when supplying a service customers are frequently quick in advising how badly you have performed but infrequently come forward when they have recieved a good level of service.
