After ordering a set of pedals that took over a month to arrive I should have known not to order from Tredz again but I thought it might have been a one-off mistake with out of stock items being advertised. How wrong I was!
This time I ordered a new bike for a charity ride with over 2 weeks to go. I never got to take part in the ride letting a lot of people down in the process. The bike was out of stock (surprise!), there was of course no communication of this from Tredz, I had to chase it myself. When the bike finally did arrive they dispatched it very quickly, the problem being, they SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! I received a child's BMX. Tredz probably to this still have no idea where my bike is.
They don't work weekends so no point trying to resolve anything over the phone if they accidentally send your purchase somewhere else. So come Monday they fail miserably to resolve the situation in time for my charity ride. At this point you'd expect plenty of communication to a disgruntled customer. Wrong again. I had to chase it myself.
So 3.5 weeks after my initial order I finally get my bike. Of course minus a few things. No cleats for the pedals, I mean why would you want something like that anyway? And the GPS that was supposed to come with the bike? Still nowhere to be seen over a month later, and guess what? Absolutely no communication whatsoever from Tredz to sort the issue out. Also no apology.
The only thing keeping this company going is their prices but if they keep sending the wrong bikes out they'll soon go under, and more than likely inform no one. Useless.
