I purchased a coffee and side table which took almost 6 weeks to be delivered although they took payment the minute the order was placed. On receiving both of the above after numerous call re delivery I may add, I received the goods but minus several parts to build the coffee table with. I had to phone umpteen times only to be promised they would be sent out first class post the following day but to NO avail. I eventually gave up and threatened to cancel the order and request a refund and goods to be uplifted, only to be given another long drawn out story about short staff etc and the missing parts would yet again be sent out first class post.....guess what they never arrived next day but five days later! Had I not been out of the country this company would have had a very nasty phone call from me and a request to uplift their goods and refund my money. I have spent extra pounds on the calls, let alone the stress of not having the goods purchased, which I may add were NOT cheap....did I receive any compensation or refund of delivery costs? NO, a follow up call to see if missing parts had been received? NO. I purchase a lost of goods online and I must say this is the WORST customer service I have ever had. I would stay clear of this company and will never use them again.
