Cancelled my order with no contact (had my phone and email address) due to the fact that the credit card used to purchase was from a country out of the UK and they assumed delivery there , even though I sent them an email (to the same address the notification of cancellation came from) and left a purchase note on the order reitterating the delivery address.
The fact that they have still added me to this online review system with a generic email asking me how my purchase went sums up the operation...
