Missed the 1st delivery, and went on to their website as directed and rearranged the delivery for the end of the week, between the 1st missed delivery and the day the parcel should have been deliveried, received a further 2 missed delivery and on the 3rd the parcel was been return to the depot for me to collect. Spoke to one of there online advisor who confirmed as the delivery had been rescheduled it would take place, guess what waited all day and no delivery.
This company is a joke if you ever order anything and Yodel is the courier do yourself a favour and but it from someone who doesn't use them.
The product and the service was great, only let down by courier, left parcel at neighbours, no problem, but did not leave a card and with work patterns tooks a few days to cross paths with neightbour who could not understand why I hadn't come to collect the parcel, but I did not know it had been deliveried
