The driver was so busy that he only knocked on my door once and ran back in the car at 9:15 am. He was long gone till i get a chance to open the door. I rang customer service in order to drop a complain but the staff forwarded the call while I was speaking to her n she did not even notify me, which I found very rude. Too make the situation worse he did it again this morning! The driver was called Bob! I have received my goods from DPD very often but this was the only time am having problems. I think it's due too inexperienced, rude mannered & inpatient staff.
