No stock

I was wanting to order a laptop 109/4620
But when wanting to place the order I get No stock available in stores or home delivery.
Customer service cant tell me which stores might have stock.
Why does Argos advertise goods for sale if they have no stock? It would not be hard to mark the item as unavailable when first searching.
Why cant Argos move the stock from a store that has it to a store that needs to sell one.

A total waste of my time


Maybe too overworked?

My case officer always seems to change. Then to actually get to speak to the officer is impossible. I always have to deal with someone else. Responses to email is very very slow, some of the advisors might as well work for the debt collectors, Also they dont seem to be very good at keeping their appointments any more

Chocolate TeaPot comes to mind

My parcel was out for delivery yesterday. Now it says its waiting customs clearance.
How can it go from being delivered to being back at customs? The service agent I spoke to says contact customs...It had already cleared which was why it was out for delivery...
