I bought a dishwasher from them in June. I noticed rust on the racks in July. I asked for these to be replaced. in August the incorrect ones were sent. I am told today that I now need to wait until at least November to see if they have stock
13 November: calling Argos again and am be given the proverbial run around. Not my department, cant authorise etc
My case officer always seems to change. Then to actually get to speak to the officer is impossible. I always have to deal with someone else. Responses to email is very very slow, some of the advisors might as well work for the debt collectors, Also they dont seem to be very good at keeping their appointments any more
My parcel was out for delivery yesterday. Now it says its waiting customs clearance.
How can it go from being delivered to being back at customs? The service agent I spoke to says contact customs...It had already cleared which was why it was out for delivery...
