I ordered 'same day' delivery of a flower arrangement for a colleague's birthday on Friday, 24th January ensuring that I placed the order before 1pm for same day delivery. I have JUST been informed, 5 DAYS LATER (29th January) that they did not deliver due to a 'transmission error'. I am bitterly disappointed that it has taken the company so long to tell me that they did not fulfil my order but have not been offered any sort of recompense other than my money to be refunded in a couple of days time!
Disappointed to say the least!
