I ordered a white bed for my 2 year old daughter via internet which was delivered on time but unfortunately the wrong colour. i had ordered white bed but the pink bed had been delivered. i refused to accept the delivery and immedietly phoned customer services who said that it was the supplier that had sent the wrong item and that unfortunetly would would have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery of correct item. After waiting 5 weeks i contacted them again and was told the item was no longer available and would have to pick something else again. This made me really mad as why was the payment taking if there was no stock and why wasnt i just initially told when i phoned up that the product was unavailable. This is disgusting customer service as my daughter had her heart set on that particular bed. I certainly will not be ordering from argos again.
