I ordered 2 Bvlgari deo-sticks (apparantly in stock 20th Oct. 2013), recieved my order-notification, and two days later, the payment was deducted from my account (paid by credit card). After waiting 5 days with no shipping confirmation, i mailed them questioning status for my order. No answer. Three days later, another query by mail, still no response. I have now instructed my bank to cancel the transaction.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! IT IS APPARENTLY A SCAM!
Followup three days later:
After this review and a very angry mail to the company, I received two mails: the first a "resent original" order confirmation (with no original date) stating that "Your tracking number WAS:" and an anonymous copy+pasted shipping number (but no company information). If the mail is original, wouldn´t they write "Your tracking number IS"? The second, a mail saying "Ups, sorry you didn't recieve the original mail" stating I could return the goods for a refund. My lord, they are Scameteurs! I sure hope my bank can cancel the payment! I wouldn't send ANYTHING back to them ... oh yeah, and I STILL haven't recieved anything!
FINALLY: After another week's wait, I have received my payment again, and the transaction has been cancelled, and I have edited my review accordingly as asked by perfume4u in a mail received 3rd nov, 2013.
I found a company in Germany who does everything by the book (order confirmation, tracking number, status-mails), and it has taken just three days to receive
my order! I wonder who's going to get my business in the future ...

Finally, and hopefully it ends here, Trustpilot has asked me to confirm my purchase because of a "Wrong company" complaint ... I wonder who complained ;-) ...

Varen var på lager og ankom hurtigt (i modsætning til andre firmaer, hvor varen vises som "På lager" med leveringstid x dage, men viser sig IKKE at være det alligevel).
Bonus var, at der ligger en forudbetalt returpakkeseddel med i pakken, som er gratis at benytte hvis man blot skal bytte, men koster 19kr. hvis man skal have pengene retur (billigt, ikke?). På retursedlen er der tilmed en rubrik hvor man kan skrive sit kontonummer, så en evt. gavemodtager kan returnere varen og få pengene i stedet ... DET er tjekket!!
Jeg har ingen forbehold ved at handle hos Smartkids igen!!
Havde bestilt to varer der skulle leveres hurtigst muligt ... den ene skulle bruges som gave. Da den anden vare var forsinket var der slet ingen problmer i at aflyse den vare, og bestille den igen, så gaven kunne ankomme til tiden. Og det viste sig, at den anden vare tilmed nåede at ankomme med en ny forsendelse blot 1 dag forsinket i forhold til den oprindelige ordredag. Tjek!!
