Everything was absolutely fine. However, as I work at home and am in and out of the house a lot, it would be much better if they used a courier who could give an estimated time of delivery. As it was, my order was delivered the following day and I only had to wait for about 6 hours which by courier standards isn't bad at all.
I know couriers have a bad reputation so every deliver made by one is fraught with difficulties and worry. There's are some goods I won't buy online if they use one particular company. Interlink wasn't like that at all. I received emails and text messages telling me when my parcel would be delivered. I had the tracking number so I could find out where it was. The driver was polite and smiling. I've bought from the company that uses this courier before and always found the service to be very good so I would have no hesitation in buying things online in the future when this courier service is used.
Completely unresponsive to reasonable complaints. Driver just told me to f**k off after telling me that if I order something it's my DUTY to stay in until it's delivered. Vile, vile company. If I try to buy anything from any company that uses this shower, I'll find it from somewhere else.
