Ok, so when you search the Internet, they come up with the best offers! I therefore chose a Nikon D3200 kit, which included a Tamron 70-300 lense and a Nikon Summer Kit. Chose finance which I was approved for, got all the emails confirming order received and being processed and thought great! I even paid for Saturday delivery (purchased at 12 noon on the Friday). Got a bit suspicious around 1600 as the delivery status was still "being processed" so have them a call just to feel reassured I would get the product. When I called them they said "oh issue with payment gateway" and said all resolved will get my order on Saturday between 8-12. At 1730 still nothing changed so gave them another call to be told "payment declined" but when he again looked into it said his error and would get my order on Saturday. Saturday came and still nothing received so called them, to be told "oh issue with payment gateway"!!! He couldn't commit as to when I would get my order but said " I can confirm you won't get it today"! Really, did he not think I didn't know that! I didn't eat a bowl of stupid for breakfast! I decided to cut my losses, cancelled my order and deciding where to buy my DSLR from next. Wont be jessops!! Waste of time, with poor customer service, and they appear to be incompetent. I would have thought being on the brink of bankruptcy before hand would have made them up their game....obviously not. Should have researched them on here before even bothering with them!
