I originally chose this website because they were the cheapest for the product i wanted (shanticot bunkbed) i absolutely regret this now.
it all started with the shanticot supplier calling ME! At this time it was 9 days into the 5 to 10 working days i was promised for it to be delivered in. So he calls me and tells me that he hasn't received payment from boohoobaby yet, and obiviously he couldn't send it out to me without being paid first. I had paid for the item but for some reason they hadn't paid the shanticot supplier. He advised me to call them (i was planning on doing so at this point anyway) and hopefully that would prompt them into paying and my order then should arrive the following week. Anyway long story short boohoobaby sent me an email stating that my order should arrive on the 17th or 18th of april. i called the supplier today (the 18th)and he told me he just received payment and my order should be with me next week on the 24th. Now bear in mind that i would have been completely in the dark had the supplier not chosen to contact me. Even now i would have been waiting for my order wondering why on earth it hadn't arrived. Can you believe boohoobaby told me that my order is on its way? just before i called the supplier they said it should be with me by 6pm today the 18th.
I placed my order on april the 2nd.
Do not use this company, pay that extra to get the customer service that you deserve. I most certainly won't be using them ever again
