I have order the starter kit on the 24th of this month, and paid for it on line and for paid for a fast delivery, so i thought great it will be here on Monday 26th. I then get a email saying thank you for my purchase and my starter kit will be processed as soon as possible. And then i looked down to the bottom of the email to find out you are on holiday til 2nd September. As you can guess i am not happy at all there was nothing on your web site telling anyone that you was on holiday!!!! So i would like a phone call from the manager telling me why if i paid for a fast delivery and had to wait over a week for it for what i paid for!!!
