Worst Customer Services Ever

I was with T-Mobile on pay as you go for nearly 3 years with little problems. However, I get a very poor signal in my house and so decided to leave and sign up to another network with better signal in my area. I thought it was pretty rubbish that I had to pay T-Mobile over £20 to unlock my phone that I'd paid full price for all that time ago, but I did it anyway. They told me it would take up to 20 days to unlock my phone (much more time than should be necessary in my opinion). However, in the end it took 51 days to get my phone unlocked, with many, many calls to their customer services team, emails of complaint that bounced back (email addresses their customer services team had given me), and Facebook private messages that they took days to reply to. Even when you did get a response, nothing was done - until after 51 days of me chasing them. The customer services is dreadful, they won't even give you an email address to contact them on - they want you to PM them on Facebook. I've written a formal complaint to them and no response. I would honestly warn anyone not to sign up with them. Check out their Facebook wall - nothing but angry and dissatisfied customers.
