ORDERED GHDs FROM LOOKFANTASTIC.COM, THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID FOR THEM THEY RESOLD THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. TELEPHONED JUSTBEAUTIFULLY AS LOOKFANTASTIC COULD NOT GUARANTEE XMAS DELIVERY, THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL ON THE PHONE AND PROMISED TO DELIVER TODAY. PARCEL JUST ARRIVED AS PROMISED, WELL PACKAGED, EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. WILL USE THEM AGAIN. COMPANY SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT TOO.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY FROM PAST SALES BUT NEVER AGAIN

I ordered GHDs, total cost £103.95. They sent an email to tell me they had been dispached, I received nothing. Called them back to enquire where my parcel was, they told me that the delivery company attempted delivery but failed. The delivery address was a company address with CCTV. CCTV shows no attempts were made. I telephoned Lookfantastic as this was a xmas present, They told me that they had none left in stock and had sold my set that I had already paid for, only had refund after asking for it. Why did I not receive an email regarding the parcel before selling it on to someone else??????
I have now gone to Justbeautifully.co.uk, they took my order and have assured me I will receive my goods tomorrow. Even had free delivery with them so they work out cheaper.
