Outstanding Company - An honest review

Update (04/04/13):

A few months ago (see below review) I reviewed OCUK, as I had purchased a system from them, which was a great experience! Since then I have experienced a number of problems resulting in my system having to go back. What impressed me the most was the speed and efficientness of the techie guys, Matt, Alex, James (to name a few) in quickly getting my system to the OCUK offices to try and fix the problems.

Although this can be seen as frustrating and annoying, I have been working in IT since I was 10 years old and know full well problems can occur (as anyone in the same industry knows), but it is the aftercare services which really separates the men from the boys, and OCUK have and continue to provide me with the most amazing aftercare service for which I am extremely grateful.

It is such a relief to know that should problems occur you will be faced with s bunch of absolute professionals who will always do their best to help fix the problems.

Whether it was a phone call or a web note, everyone was absolutely fantastic in providing my with great service. To everyone at OCUK, thank you so very much! 

The best way I can review my dealings with Overclockers is to be totally honest. I had ordered a lot of components from them and found this process easy. However while doing this I was in need of some advice and after speaking to a lot of employees I was not only spoken to professionally but I was ensured that they would do what ever to help me and provide the system I want.

This whole process was so quick, I could not believe my eyes. James, Ashley, Chris, Luke and everyone else I spoke with provided a level of service I did not honestly think I'd receive.

I am very happy Overclockers, and will only buy from them. Number one!

Mazuma Mobile

Very angry customer

After reading a few good reviews about mazuma mobile, decided to send in our phone expecting a quick turnaround as any other have experienced.

Had our order accepted on the 18th, and have been waiting for news since.
Very angry with them.

Hi Adam - Thanks for your review and sorry to hear your comments. You registered your online order on the 18/03/11. We posted you a sales pack on the same day which should have reached you the next day. Assuming you posted the phone on the same day, it's been 5 working days. We have yet to receive your phone but this is nothing to worry about. We will email you as soon as it arrives and will make payment on the same day of receipt. I hope this helps.
