I ordered some goods for next day delivery. Late on the day of planned delivery I got an email to say the goods had been delivered and signed for by the customer. I hadn't received the goods nor did I have a card through the door.
I emailed and call Marisota the enxt day. They refused to contact the courier company to find out who was posing as me (i.e who had signed for the goods) or where the goods had actually been delivered. They also refused to refund the money.
I emailed their customer service director Mark Cheshire and copied in Angela Spindler (new CEO) not to chase up the parcel but to point out how this sort of service would lose them customers but didn't get a response. I think that says it all.
I am still without the goods and in dispute - someone is posing as me and has got the goods that I have had to pay for and still Marisota refuse to take this up with the courier.

I would recommend not ordering from Amazon if you want your product. I did and I paid for a next day delivery as I needed it for a presentation for an interview the following week. The product didn't arrive the next day, or the next working day or the one after that. Amazon weren't in a position to do anything as they have no service level agreements or contingency in place with the courier company they use and their attitude and the couriers attitude to this sort of problem is tough! They do refund the carriage but act as if they are doing you a favour and that's where there responsibility ends. In chasing I spent a fortune on the phone, was blocked from talking to management, didn't have calls returned when they promised they would and in the end was told to go and collect the items myself.
The whole experience was a nightmare and took away time I needed to prepare for the presentation and added pressure I didn't needs. A big thumbs down for Amazon.
