Ordered a product from this company, took about 6 emails and a telephone call to find out whats happening, seems they don't have a clue as they order the goods to be delivered by supplier so couldn't track parcel, took 2 weeks to arrive! Won't use again

Awful service from my local pharmacy, prices online completely different to in store even though it doesn't say anywhere online exclusive, just been ripped off £4 and won't give refund, will use coop pharmacy from now on, staff very unhelpful. A complaint has been made in writing to head office
As a long time ebay member, I'm very disappointed with their customer service for sellers, everything is biased towards the buyer which leaves you stuck in a dispute and now I've been stung I'll never sell on ebay again!
We flew with ryanair to portugal in April, got a great price and realised it was no frills. Prices on board were quite expensive but aren't they always? Staff very polite and efficient, boarding went great, bit on the slow side on inbound flight but not a problem. Overall very satisfied.
Not happy at all with my purchase from burtons, items were in stock when I ordered, ordered 2 items to make an outfit and they only sent one saying other was out of stock. when i queried this I was told they went to get the item from the warehouse and it wasn't available! Wasn't informed about the missing item until I picked up the remaining part of the order from the store, when the packing list showed it as out of stock. Staff in the store couldn't smile either! I'm still awaiting a reply from my email complaint 3 days ago...
Don't like play.com much anymore with all these traders, first time I've ordered from one and never received the item was a con. Go back to how it was play!!! However, play did refund me and communication was good, albeit quite a wait to have to process a refund.
Products are reasonably priced but the customer service is very poor, they can't even cancel an order that is still to be dispatched? Why can't they tell the supplier to cancel it if its not been sent out yet? Ridiculous so I have to wait then refuse the delivery and wait 2 weeks to be re-credited
