Bad delivery, good escalation.

I have been tracking my parcel all day, got my delivery window fine. I then update my status online and it says that the driver couldn't deliver my parcel. This was at 9am. I was at the door for literally 9:01 and he wasn't there. The guy didn't knock my door. He rang a buzzer that doesn't work and then left immediately. Having taken time off to receive this parcel, I am furious. It's 9:32 and I've been up for hours, for nothing.

EDIT: The gentleman below me was correct, this company got in touch and rearranged a delivery so I cannot fault their escalation of my issue.
