I was very disappointed to receive a gazebo cover and not a gazebo which is what I thought I was ordering. The image of the product being advertised was a fully erected gazebo with no warning that the gazebo did not contain the poles. I have complained and have asked for return postage to be offered but this was refused. There were no details on the delivery slip or your website regarding return of goods so I have had to spend time calling both you and Draper to find out where I should return the gazebo.
