Ordered items for my friends baby that is due, waited in on the delivery. Got an email looked at it straight away when I got it. Said my delivery had been left at the entrance of my house. Went to the door, no parcel. No one chapped my door and I didn't see a van bear in mind the room I'm in I can see anyone coming up the path. Called next they put into their system an enquiry told me someone from Hermes couriers would contact me within 24 hours... Still no call!! Now 24 hours later. Called next again all they can do is put in another enquiry. Hermes have no contact number to contact them myself. I told the women I needed this order now as my friend has had her baby and she said I can order it again but I'd be charged again. Eh no thanks why would I order again. Il be calling the police if this doesn't get sorted and getting the courier done for theft. Idiots

Awful service

I ordered a wardrobe and the company took payment straight away. I didn't hear anything regarding when I would recieve my goods. I called the company and finally got through after waiting 15 minutes. They said they didn't know what was happening but would call me back. Called me back a couple of days later and said there had been a system error and they would call me and let me know when the wardobe was coming. Finally it came but was damaged. I emailed the company regarding this and someone emailed back asking for photos so I emailed photos and I got emailed back saying the pictures were not clear enough. So I furiously emailed new pictures and didn't recieve a reply so I emailed a complaint to the bedstore which was where I placed the order but u then deal with world stores so really u don't know who is supplying your goods. A man then emailed saying his colleague had asked me for clearer pictures which I had sent already. So I then sent him new images( whilst trying to take care of a baby ) he called me saying the goods will be picked up on Wednesday and I need to pack the wardrobe best I can and he will email me a returns form. Haven't received that yet even tho the wardrobe is meant to be getting picked up on Wednesday. il need to download the form and print it out ( don't have a printer) all this for Wednesday. Total joke. Then someone else called me today regarding the email with the images which the colleague apparently hadn't received. I had to explain to her about the man calling and the damaged goods are supposed to be getting picked up on Wednesday. She said il make sure this happens. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I will be sticking to ikea in the future. Incompetent shower of people.

Update!!! No one from. This company has still not contacted me. What an absolute joke of a company! SHOULD NOT BE TRADING! Whoever this prachi is who comments on people's complaints must be a fake. No one answers your emails back. Even though I emailed this David fowler direct! As long as this company get cash they don't care how you are treated afterwards
