Parcel delivered to an office business on a Saturday - not in for delivery. Card left in the wrong door (number 12 not number 14). We never received the card, hence we didn't know there was an attempted delivery. Had to chase up ourselves for redelivery. Your company needs to implement an extra 'automatic' second delivery for failed weekend deliveries (especially for city centre offices).
Call centre operative was rude and brushed off my complaint. Please make sure someone from Stretford depot is aware that incorrect deliveries are being made.
