Still Waiting

Ordered on line for next day delivery 3 days later wrong item turned up. Now I have to wait a further 3 day before they will send the correct order out due to the wrong item must be processed at there end. I asked for a refund and they cannot do this either due to the wrong item. But I can pay again and re order if I wanted to this is what there solution to the problem was. I would never use blacks again there policy on customer relations is dreadful. They would not let me speak with a manager or any one else to sort the problem out but can put it in writing if I wished. Next day delivery means nothing to them just hope you get any items at all sent. Absolute waste of time do not use Blacks once they got your money that's it be prepared to spend time getting it back
