Hit a pothole on the way home from work and needed a replacement. Following my previous experience (when they fitted 2 at my work place) I didn't look anywhere else. Easily arranged over the phone and paid by card upon the tyre being fitted. Easy no stress.
I sent them a few email queries. One before I even placed an order as I had trouble with payment and I still haven't recieved any emails back. Later I chased them about my successful order which was stuck on processed for over a week. 2 days later my order status mysteriously changed to dispatched, 6 days after that my product finally arrived. So over 2 weeks to get my product...
I also tried to telephone but after waiting 5 minutes I gave up due to a gut feeling that no one was going to answer. The premium rate number wasn't worth my time or money.
Poor experience throughout for me.. If you have to pay a few ££ extra to get the product elsewhere then I suggest you do.
