Ordered one day, delivered the next! Excellent service.

Fantastic, not only was the Carrycot the cheapest we could find on the net it was delivered the very next day. Slightly less than 24hrs! Now that's service and value for you. Would recommend to anyone.

First Class Service - Highly Recommended

Pity there is not a no star option

This mob tempt you in with low prices then whack them up by 20% when you need to improve on the month long delivery they offer (they only tell you this after you have ordered) for goods that most other suppliers can ship overnight! When you try to cancel they say they will not refund you without their suppliers agreement,(??????) in any event you won't get the 20% 'express' shipping charge refunded and any refund could take 30 days.

There are much better online suppliers out there, benefit from my experience and avoid mytub.com.

Note: The pathetic mytub repsonse shows they have absolutely no sense of how to achieve customer satisfaction. No mention that they only give a delivery date after you place the order. No mention that a simple web search revealed several other suppliers with this particular item in stock. No mention of their absolute obsession with getting your cash - nothing happens till you pay the piper much more than you bargained for. No mention of stating the 'express delivery' would be £10, but charging £12 - all their other quoted prices include VAT. I stand by my opinion that this is a BAD supplier with poor 'cash grabbing' values and an even poorer appreciation of customer service. Hopefully they will become a casualty of the next phase of this recession.

Note2: Not satisfied with abusing your consumer rights and taking the wiz with your money this company's directors then harass you on the telephone trying to convince you that you are in wrong when you post an objective and accurate review of your dealings with them!!!! Does the nightmare never end???

We are very sorry that you feel this way, I can assure you that we have accounts with ALL the major UK distributors and this Grohe item was unfortunately not on the shelves of any of them to be delivered next day, otherwise you would have had it delivered within days.

Historically all Grohe products tend to have a long lead time as this is just how Grohe operate. If the item is in the UK delivery tends to be 2 weeks if it has to come from Germany then its 4 weeks, Grohe offer a £10 express delivery of 7-10 working days which you were offered at your point of sale on the 16.03.11 as the lead time was 4 weeks, to which you took up.

Your item was then delivered on the 25.03.11.
