Being very cautious about where I spend my pension I checked this site out, amongst others. Overall the reviews were very favourable so I decided to buy a replacement lens from them. Order placed Fri. 11th Mar (Sat. their time). Email from them (picked up Mon 14th Mar.) to say lens was out of stock (a pity the website didn't mention this at the time, although it does now). I replied to their email asking if I wanted to cancel or order an alternative immediately by asking for an alternative to be sent. This lens was received by me on Thurs. 17th Mar. which is not only a credit to onestop-digital but DHL as well, particularly as my original order was for their standard delivery service. I can only assume onestop-digital sent it via DHL as compensation for not being able to supply the original lens. My only small gripe is that although I asked in my email reply asking for the alternative lens from onestop-digital how they intended to refund the difference in price (the alternative was cheaper) there was no response. However, after leaving it a few days I sent them a polite but firm email asking for the refund which prompted a very quick, apologetic reply and the refund, via Paypal. So all in all I am extremely happy to have made the purchase from onestop-digital and would be very happy to buy from them again and have no hesitation in reccommending them.
